Save the best until last – the evening menu in the Skihotel Edelweiss. Enjoy a finely composed 4-course evening menu every day. Start the evening with a fresh salad from the salad buffet. Then you have the choice: Would you like meat or would you prefer vegetarian? Or how about a perfectly prepared fish dish?

In addition, you can look forward to an exquisite cheese board every day. The delicious dessert variations round off the meal – sometimes served as a varied dessert buffet. A theme evening, such as the Austrian buffet, also bring variety. Our service team will be happy to recommend the right wine from our wine cellar to accompany your evening meal.
