All about your booking
The minimum stay over New Year is 10 days
The obligatory high season surcharge over New Year is € 105 per person for guests over 15 years of age.
Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 60 days before arrival. After that, cancellation fees apply. We recommend that you take out European Travel Insurance.
There is no refund for meals not taken.
We request your understanding, that we are unable to reserve particular rooms or tables in advance.

The Skihotel Edelweiss is a non-smoking hotel. For all smokers there is a smoker’s lounge available in the hotel.
The reception are happy to lend out playing cards or board games.
The local tax is € 4 per person per night and is charged on site. Children up to 15 years of age will not be charged.
In the Skihotel Edelweiss dogs and other pets are not permitted.

Yes, the ski room is heated.
Yes the ski room is locked and can only be opened with a room key.
Each room or suite at the Skihotel Edelweiss has its own labelled locker in the ski room. For space reasons, we kindly request you to take your helmets, gloves and goggles with you to your room.
Every locker has its own ski boor dryer.
The ski room has its own direct connection to the slopes. This means that you don’t have to carry your equipment through the hotel lobby, but go directly from the ski room onto the slopes. This is ski-in & ski-out at the highest level.
Yes, in Hochsölden there are three different sports shops with ski hire.
