The day starts with a breakfast buffet with vitamins, fresh and wholesome food. The perfect start to a day’s skiing in the skiing metropolis of Sölden. After numerous runs and a large portion of fresh mountain air, it’s midday, time for a small pit-stop. As quickly as you can master a downhill run, you are already back at the Hotel Edelweiss. Ideal for those who appreciate short distances. Choose your favourite dish from the small lunch menu, then its straight back onto the slopes.
When your legs are beginning to get tired and the days skiing is coming to an end, then it’s time for a tasty skier's snack. The perfect strengthening snack after a day packed with experiences on the slopes. But the culinary highlight is still to be had.
In the evening a 4-course evening menu of choice is prepared for you in the Restaurant Edelweiss in Hochsölden. Accompanied every evening by a cheeseboard and daily salad buffet. Round off the culinary journey of the day with a fine drop of wine from our wine-cellar.
